Creative Play

My two grab the LCD drawing pad the second we sit down anywhere, and the twistable crayons have survived the bottom of my bag for months without breaking or losing their caps. These are the things that buy real quiet time without screens.

Fidget & Sensory

My son will flip the same light switch on and off forty times and consider that a great use of time. My daughter peels apart the sensory board with a huge amount of satisfaction. Keeping their hands busy keeps their brains busy, and when you're stuck at a doctors office, on the train or a waiting for your meal at a restaurant, they help avoid the meltdowns.

Games & Activities

Sticker books, card games, magnetic tiles, puzzles — these are the things my two will actually sit down and use when we're stuck somewhere. These games are family favorites, they are fun, engaging, and help pass the time when you're stuck waiting.

Magnetic Play

The best way to keep all the pieces for a toy? Magnets. When we're waiting for a siblings class to end, or sitting at a restaurant these magnet toys have been a life saver.
